Walker of Worlds is no longer accepting review requests for self-published books.
Mark Chitty
I've been reading genre books for a fair while and started Walker of Worlds to post my thoughts on the books I read, from sci-fi to fantasy, but my first love will always be good old science fiction. Reading gives me escapism from my day to day life, and there is nothing better than finding a good book and getting lost within its pages. Some of my favourite authors include Peter F Hamilton, Eric Brown, Peter V Brett, Neal Asher, Toby Frost, John Scalzi, David Weber, and many, many more. I won't list them all - I could go on and on! Most of my enjoyment comes from Space Opera and Military SF, but I'll read pretty much anything with the SF label. I do like some fantasy, but it's not that often that I find something that grabs my attention, which explains the relative lack of fantasy in my reading.
By day I work for Bangor University in North Wales and live nearby in Caernarfon. Other than reading, I enjoying gaming and you'll usually find me playing games like the Final Fantasy series, Borderlands, Left 4 Dead and a variety of other stuff. I also play basketball in my spare time, the one sport I enjoy and am evenly remotely good at (but not very good at that!).
If you'd like to discuss anything on the blog or just want to get in contact, you can email me on mark@walkerofworlds.com.
