Books I'm looking forward to in 2009 | Cover Art

There are a good few books I'm looking forward to in 2009 and here's the first of what I hope will be a regular feature where I can post up the cover art for those books. So, without further ado...

Shadow of the Scorpion by Neal Asher (Tor/Pan Macmillan), April 2009

Zima Blue by Alastair Reynolds (Gollancz), April 2009

Xenopath by Eric Brown (Solaris), June 2009

The Age of Ra by James Lovegrove (Solaris), August 2009

Nova War by Gary Gibson (Tor/Pan Macmillan), September 2009

Those are very cool covers indeed. How about crediting the artists?

Zima Blue was published by Night Shade Books in 2006. I suspect their edition may be out of print.

Pelizo - it's a good idea, but trying to get hold of that information isn't always the easiest, I will try for next time though!

Ian - that's the edition I have and it's so good I have to put it here for those that missed it. It's one of Alastair's best collections in my opinion, much brighter than his Revelation Space stuff. Plus the cover is really damned cool!

Did you buy the limited edition with the extra story? I did.
