I was off work last week on some much needed annual leave (the first full week with the wife since the wedding in May 08) and although I got a few posts up I didn't get around to doing anything too time intensive, like reviews. This was generally down to having such a relaxing week off during which I caught up with most of season 3 of Battlestar Galactica (very enjoyable), played some Mass Effect (not as good as I hoped), played loads of Fable 2 (hugely enjoyable), finished Red Claw (meh) and did some sorting out in the house along with a trip to Ikea.
Now I'm getting back to normality I'll be finally writing my reviews for Hyperion, Diving Into The Wreck and Red Claw, hopefully the first of which should be up tomorrow. As for current reading, I've got The Rats and the Ruling Sea and Sundiver on the go, but I also have The Mammoth Book of Mindblowing SF to finish off which seems to have taken a back seat to novels after I overdosed on short stories a couple of months back.
And onwards we go...
