2016 Half-Year Reading Update

These past six months have sure flown by, yet looking at my books read list I’ve managed to get plenty of good novels consumed in that time. My target this year is to read 120 books (which I managed last year), and I’m already 19 books ahead of where I was last July. Still plenty of reading ahead!

So far I’m on 17 re-reads and 17 2016 releases, with the other 44 books being brand-new to me, but published before this year. To be honest, I’m happy with that, though I suspect I’ll get through more new releases before the end of the year.

As for the best new releases I’ve read to date – the titles in the running are Night Without Stars, End of Watch, The End of the World Running Club, The Rogue Retrieval, and Arkwright.
