I’m a little late getting to this post for October – it’s slipped my mind with a hectic few weeks just occurred. But still, another month down and one step closer to Christmas… Continue reading “October 2016”
August was one hell of a month, and pretty much non-stop throughout. However, rather than being all about work and books, this was a special one for me – I got married! Continue reading “August 2016”
As has been the case most of the time I start these posts, it’s been another busy month in July. While I did get on with things, there was a downturn in the amount of stuff I got through… Continue reading “July 2016”
June has gone by in a blur what with work busy and home life busier. If it ain’t one thing it’s always another… Continue reading “June 2016”
May was a busy month, both at work and home, but I got through it and am coming out the other side to better weather and (hopefully!) quieter days. Famous last words, I’m sure… Continue reading “May 2016”

Back in 1997/8 I played the ever-living crap out of Final Fantasy VII. It was the first game of that size and complexity I had played, and I spent countless hours immersed in its world. I did EVERYTHING in that game: Gold Chocobo; Knights of the Round; defeated Ruby, Sapphire, and Ultima Weapons; full ultimate weapons and limit breaks; maxed out materia. The works. It was, and still is, my favourite game of all time. And now, finally, a remake has been announced. It’s been a long time coming.
If I’ve ever struggled for a reason to buy myself a PS4, this has dispelled all hesitations. I cannot wait.
